Is there ever a time when you wonder: Do Hisense TVs Have Bluetooth?

As far as we know, there are a few Hisense TVs that do come with Bluetooth functionality: The A6, A60, A6G, H55, H65, H8, H8G, H8G1, H9, Laser TV, U6, U7, U8 and the U9 series of TVs. It is possible to enable Bluetooth on the Hisense TV by pressing the Menu button on the TV, and then selecting Settings > Network (or Remotes & Accessories > Bluetooth), you will be able to enable Bluetooth functionality on the TV.

How do you enable Bluetooth on Hisense TVs?

Be sure that the device you are trying to pair is in pairing mode before we proceed with the steps for getting Bluetooth working on your TV.

Although this seems obvious, you’d be surprised how often people encounter this problem.

Because they didn’t pair their device, their headphones or sound-bar don’t appear in the Bluetooth drop-down menu.

To get into pairing mode, every device requires something slightly different. In order to use Airpods, for example, you must hold down the button on the case until the light starts blinking.

A similar pairing process is followed by most other devices as well.

You can now enable Bluetooth on your Hisense TV by following these steps once your device is in pairing mode.

  1. On your remote control, press and hold the Menu button
  2. Click on the gear icon at the top right of the screen and then go to Settings.
  3. From here, you can choose Network OR Remotes & Accessories, depending on your TV model
  4. The last step is to select Bluetooth (or your TV will already be looking for it!)

After turning on your TV, you may not hear your audio for a few seconds after you’ve enabled Bluetooth.

It takes a moment for your TV to connect to your Bluetooth when you turn it on, since it sends a Bluetooth signal. You won’t hear anything right away when you turn on your TV the next time.

You can also try some of my troubleshooting steps listed below if you’re having trouble connecting your Bluetooth device to your TV.

How do you check if Hisense TVs have Bluetooth?

You can determine whether a specific class of Hisense TVs do or don’t have Bluetooth by consulting the Hisense website.

In order to narrow down your search, you can use the filters on the left hand side of the page.

As soon as you have found your TV, click on the “View Product” button. It will pull up a page with all kinds of information about your specific TV.

You can click the “SPECIFICATIONS” tab to find out what we’re interested in.

Towards the bottom of the Connectivity section, you should see “Bluetooth Support”.

It is very likely that if it says Yes, then the Hisense TVs do have Bluetooth capabilities!

You can find a lot of interesting information about your TV here that Hisense provides, so feel free to poke around a bit and see what you find. Here you can find out if your TV is compatible with voice assistants, such as Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

In addition to that, you can also read about Noise Reduction, TV response time, and a variety of other topics.

What is the best way to troubleshoot Bluetooth issues on Hisense TVs?

It is possible to run into some issues connecting your device to your Hisense TVs Bluetooth sometimes.

If you do get into a problem while connecting Hisense TVs to Bluetooth, don’t panic. The following are some of the most common fixes you can try to solve Bluetooth problems on Hisense TVs. Implementing any of them takes only a minute or two.

  1. By removing or forgetting your Bluetooth device, you can repair it with your Hisense TVs
  2. Unplug your Hisense TV from the wall for 60 seconds. When the TV is unplugged, hold down the power button for ten seconds. This will power cycle your TV and completely reset it.
  3. The device you’re trying to pair should be turned off and then on again.
  4. Your Hisense TV must be within 30 feet (10 meters) of you since this is the maximum Bluetooth range. You can also try turning off other Bluetooth devices nearby during setup if there are any. Interference can sometimes be caused by these other devices.
  5. You will need to take the router/modem out of the wall, wait 60 seconds, and then plug it back in. It is important to ensure that your Hisense TV has a successful WiFi connection.
  6. Bluetooth connectivity requires the latest firmware for Hisense TVs.
  7. Ensure that the Bluetooth device you are attempting to connect to has the most recent firmware version.

You should consider contacting Hisense support if you still have problems with your Hisense TV’s Bluetooth after trying all of these fixes.

Final thoughts

The majority of Hisense TVs come equipped with Bluetooth capability right out of the box, which is definitely a plus point.

Furthermore, a majority of the main TVs manufactured by Hisense, such as the A6, A60, A6G, H55, H65, H8, H8G, H8G1, H9, Laser TV, U6, U7, U8 and U9 series, are equipped with Bluetooth technology.

When you press the Menu button on your Hisense TV, you can select Settings > Network (or Remotes & Accessories > Bluetooth) and choose the device you wish to connect to by choosing it from the Bluetooth list.

You just need to make sure that the device that you are trying to connect to is in pairing mode before connecting it.

You can always check the specifications of your Hisense TV on the Hisense website if you’re not sure if it has Bluetooth.

As long as you see Yes under Connectivity, you’re good to go!

Please let me know if you run into any problems during the setup process in the comments section below. If Hisense TVs have Bluetooth, which you didn’t find in this post, please include the model name in the comments below.
