Before You Begin

All commands on the Alexa Fire TV Cube and stick commands list assume you’re using Alexa as your wake word. The wake word must be changed if it differs. Seriously? Definitely.

In addition, the following is also necessary. Consequently, you need to get these things done as soon as possible:

Make sure your Alexa device is compatible. These products are listed in partial order: Echo Show 2nd Generation, Echo Show 1st Generation, Echo Show 5, Echo Dot, Amazon Echo, Echo Plus, and Echo Spot.
Ensure your Fire TV device is properly set up and configured. Make sure the Alexa app is linked to your Fire TV. Both Alexa and Fire TV must be linked to the same Amazon account.
