No where on the remote states tv/vcr/or anything else concerning another equipment. All I know is that this is the second time the remote stopped working, and I kept thinking it was the batteries, but then it did it again so soon, and I knew it was no longer the battery, but I forgot what I did to make it started back working again. I know it took me about an hour to figure it out.

Thank m wondering if I may need another remote?
